- Client: Voice of the customer, 5-column problem analysis, operational leadership gestures.
- Radical Quality foundations: Early problem detection, at-source resolution, rapid problem-solving, and the 'quality daily' routine.
- Standards and automation: People development, effective use of automation and AI, selective automation decisions.
- Macro plan for pull flow: Implement pull-based planning to match demand, anticipate bottlenecks, and improve delivery.
- Lean kanban: Daily objectives, 7 wastes model, kanban setup for real-time learning, and a daily routine for quick problem-solving.
- Kaizen problem-solving (6-step method): Weekly improvement initiatives, structured 6-step problem-solving, and effectively present improvements across your organization.
