- Quality and speed mastery: Equip teams to quickly identify and resolve quality issues independently, without gatekeeping.
- Standardization and smart automation: Build auto-quality across the team by teaching people to spot deviations from the norm and correct them early. Then extend that mindset to automated tools and AI systems.
- Flow management: Master pull-based workflows to reduce lead times, balance workload, and improve predictability.
- Develop team autonomy: Learn to boost team autonomy, continuous learning, and rapid problem detection.
- Continuous improvement: Confidently implement structured improvement cycles to drive to performance towards better security, quality, speed, and lower running costs.

- Client: Voice of the customer, 5-column problem analysis, operational leadership gestures.
- Radical Quality foundations: Early problem detection, at-source resolution, rapid problem-solving, and the “quality daily” routine.
- Work standards: Mastery of critical tasks (whether human or automated) through clear standards and regular dojo training.
- Macro plan for pull flow: Implement pull-based planning to match demand, anticipate bottlenecks, and improve delivery.
- Lean kanban: Daily objectives, 7 wastes model, kanban setup for real-time learning, and a daily routine for quick problem-solving.
- Kaizen problem-solving (6-step method): Weekly improvement initiatives, structured 6-step problem-solving, and effectively present improvements across your organization.
